Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment49 kg.

I will begin immediately with the menu.

The breakfast consisted of two eggs and egg sandwich on whole wheat bread (30 g) with fish pate (40 g). As always during breakfast I take vitamins and omega-3. I drink a great cup of green tea with jasmine (but not immediately, some take away with them to the computer, if you just go to work)

Today's breakfast turned out at me 410 kcal.

After breakfast, a bit of work at the computer and to the tea dragged 15 g chocolate 75% - 80 kcal. Well, not as without chocolate is not working.

I tried to do all the work in the early morning, and then I began the day of preparation for Saturday's picnic and guests (I hope the weather will not fail!)

It was necessary to get out and go to the store and something -that cook. So Friday I became economic afternoon.

And yet, I want to share with you the joy. We purchased a new refrigerator that suits us in every way. Old that got us to the repair and purchase of furniture at our apartment - was small, and very simple for us. Now we are in it will keep harvesting and freezing in winter.

Therefore, the washing took a lot of time with me, handling new refrigerator and then the balance of products. It would be desirable to provide everything to make it as comfortable as possible.

Now I am pleased I can arrange my containers with food since I'm comfortable and not as fit in the tiny fridge.

And today is the first time I bought a watermelon, which was just gorgeous. Half we left on a picnic, and half just flew away.

Snack today I had a watermelon (500g) - 125 kcal.

For lunch I had the buckwheat "tradesmen", which I made yesterday.

280 g buckwheat "tradesmen" for lunch and 40 g of tomato - 335 kcal.

I remained a piece Belevsky pastilles without sugar (30), which I ate with tea in the afternoon - 100 kcal.

And for dinner I had fish patties - 180 g of fresh vegetables - tomato and cucumber 150 grams of '70 Total came to dinner 330 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1380 kcal. Drank water rate (the recommended rate of water - is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight).

I do not forget about skin care, so she quickly moved up.

As long as I'm in the hallway 1300-1400 kcal. Not in a hurry to lose weight, I'm waiting to get my skin is slightly tightened.

I think that from August will move at 1200-1300, but it is still not sure. We have to see what happens this month dumped kgs, if at least 2 kg of leaves per month, then stay on 1300-1400. If the result is not really - I go back to a smaller deficit.
