My guests always eat cheese with pleasure and praise it, because I know how to serve it deliciously. Don't just cut and serve, but do some trickery. It looks impressive on the table, guests try it, everyone likes it.
I say right away: it is better, of course, to serve several types of cheese. I usually have 2-3. But if you have one, then it's okay too.
Slicing:
The cheese must be cut into even cubes. Size 1.5x1.5 cm, no more, you can cut a little smaller cubes. Can be cut into beautiful little trunks more
Plating and serving:
We take a flat plate or tray, put the cheese. If the varieties are different, then we spread them at a distance from each other so that it is clear that the cheese is different.
We also put skewers or toothpicks on the plate. You can stick it into each piece of cheese to make it easier to take, but you can also put it next to it.
And now the most important thing: we take a small bowl, bowl or some other small dish and put liquid honey there. Place in the center of the plate / tray.
Guests are invited to take a piece of cheese with a skewer or a toothpick, dip in honey and eat. The combination of cheese and honey is unusual, but very tasty! This is how cheese is served in restaurants, and you will also offer it to your guests. You can also put grapes, olives, nuts, dried fruits on a plate next to the cheese.
Tasty, simple, original, "expensive". This is much more interesting than just a cheese platter. Bon appetit, my dears!
