This is a very simplistic way to make a delicious Asian-flavored dish. You only have to cook two ingredients, which will not take long.
Serve immediately!
Ingredients:
- 3 squid
- 200 gr. Korean carrots
- medium head of onion
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper mix
- ground coriander to taste
How to cook:
1. Peel the squid and boil in boiling water for no more than 3 minutes. Take out, cool and chop into strips.
2. Cut onions into half rings or cubes and sauté in vegetable oil. Add pepper mixture and ground coriander.
3. In a bowl, combine carrots and squid.
You can cook carrots yourself. To do this, you need to grate it on a special grater, mix with salt, leave for 20 minutes to release the bitterness. Squeeze, mix with Korean style carrot seasoning. Some add more vinegar.
4. Carefully and as accurately as possible pour the salad with hot oil with onions and spices, mix, cool. Cover the dishes with a plate or lid and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Serve squid heh with carrots cold. Sometimes this dish is also called marinated squid in Korean.
Sesame seeds and herbs optional.
