Easy to prepare, delicious and hearty pancakes with cheese and herbs can be a great family breakfast or dinner. You can serve such pancakes as an independent dish without wrapping the filling in them. Sour cream, cheese sauce will be most delicious with them, I also like it incredibly - with melted liquid cheese "Yantar". Only serve hot pancakes while the cheese is still soft.
Ingredients:
Milk - 1.5 cups
Flour - 1 glass
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Green onions - 2 pcs.
Dill - 20 g
Hard cheese - 30 g
Preparation:
1. Prepare all the foods on the list, preferably at room temperature. Wash greens, dry, grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
2. The first step is to prepare the dough for thin pancakes. To do this, beat the chicken eggs into a deep large bowl, beat them with a whisk until fluffy.
3. Add milk and sunflower oil, mix all liquid ingredients until smooth.
4. Now let's add all the dry ingredients. Be sure to sift the premium flour, add salt, sugar, baking powder, you can slightly pepper.
5. Finely chop the greens with a sharp knife. Add it along with the grated hard cheese to a bowl.
6. Stir the mixture one last time, trying to avoid lumps. The whisk can be washed, and cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and leave for 15 minutes to "rest" before you start baking the pancakes.
7. Using a silicone brush, lightly grease a hot frying pan with vegetable oil, and then pour it over an incomplete ladle of dough, evenly distributing it over the entire bottom. Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown. They cook very quickly, be careful not to burn.
8. Place ready-made pancakes in a stack on a large flat dish.
Shape the finished hot pancakes into whatever shape you like and serve with sour cream or any other white sauce.
