Liver appetizer "Piquant". Seemingly ordinary ingredients, as a result, the taste is able to surprise everyone. To understand, you need to take and cook, the more it is very simple to prepare.

chicken liver -600g
onion -1 pc
bay leaf -2pcs
salt -1 tsp
For the sauce:
pickled cucumber -150g
sour cream -200g
garlic -3tooth

COOKING METHOD
To begin with, let's take care of the liver, I took chicken, you can take beef or pork, everything to your taste. So that it is soft and tender, I cook it like this, pour water into the pan, put the onion, bay leaf, salt
tsp without a slide, as the water boils, I lower 600 grams of liver.
I cook from the moment of boiling for exactly 20 minutes, remove from the heat, but do not take out the liver, leave it to lie there for 30 minutes or until it cools. Only now I take it out and let it dry from the moisture.
Prepare the sauce at the same time. Grate the pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater 150 grams, finely chop the dill.
Let's measure out 200 grams of sour cream of any fat content, today add 15% cucumbers, herbs, pass 3 cloves of garlic through a press.
Add salt, black pepper and mix, put in the refrigerator to cool the sauce.
Now we cut the liver, take a salad bowl, put the liver in the first layer, grease it with sauce, then put a layer of the liver, grease it with sauce, and so on until the stove and sauce run out. Sprinkle with herbs on top.
The appetizer is ready, you can immediately start tasting or put it in the refrigerator and let it brew and cool.
