Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment49 kg.

After yesterday's rest day, I woke up and saw almost no swelling in the legs, my ankles like me again! And not as a year ago - no legs, and bars.

Here's what it means to have a rest! Of course I have not brought all the excess water, and today continues to actively drinking water norm and work quietly at the computer - no running around!

One oppresses me right here - is the weather. Summer passes in Moscow and Moscow region. Do you remember all the good start? In early June, I actively swim and sunbathe - a week or a little more.

Still I envy those who have fever. Greetings from rainy Moscow!

Today I had breakfast sandwiches on whole grain bread from sprouted grain (60 g) with chicken pastrami (80 g) and light cheese (30 g). During meal time drank vitamins and omega-3. Not without green tea.

Breakfast is turned on 350 kcal.

After lunch I kneaded it yourself zapekanochku curd with peach puree and went to work at the computer.

And here is my casserole baked, as I was informed by a signal of the oven. I took it and cool.

When it was time for a snack - I was already in anticipation of green tea with cottage cheese and peach gratin. This divinely delicious.

I cut off a piece and assemble it to weigh. But it was not there.

My favorite kitchen scales refused to either weigh and showed the error, just a breakneck pace going over the different figures. Oh, how I danced around them. Do not work and that's it. Here weighed on the casserole food - everything was fine. And here it is...

I was refused with no hands! I put down the weights to her husband, that he may nakolduyet.

And now for some time, -So I will focus on the eyes.

So, cottage cheese and peach pudding snack on - 200 g - 190 kcal and green tea with jasmine.

I was upset, of course, terrible. I still had to cook dinner and count KBZHU dishes. And then summed scales.

For lunch I cooked buckwheat "on -kupecheski" with chicken breast, pepper and tomatoes and some estimated KBZHU.

350 g buckwheat "tradesmen" for lunch came to 400 kcal.

In frustration, I went to work at the computer in the afternoon. That's not quite the way now I'm spending the extra on the kitchen scales.

My dinner today consisted of vegetable salad (tomatoes - 150 g of cucumber - 100g), seasoned with 5 grams (a teaspoon) of olive oil with thin rye bread roll (10 g). And tea ate curd-peach casserole (the remaining 200 g).

It turned out to dinner 310 kcal.

Total accumulated per day 1250 kcal.

Norm today drank water (the rate of 30 ml per kg of body weight).

And Hurray! In the evening my scales have earned as it should be. Apparently when rinse them, soak somewhere contacts, dried and earned.
