Are you looking for a recipe for a delicious, inexpensive dish for the New Year's table? Take note of this recipe: potato boats with mushrooms and cheese in the oven. This is a very simple recipe, you can cook even for every day, even for a holiday - it always comes with a bang!
Preparation:
We need 4-6 potatoes. We take a fairly large one, since you can't make a special boat with small potatoes. Cook potatoes in salted water for 7-10 minutes after boiling. Potatoes can be boiled in their skins or peeled. If you cook in a peel, first wash the potatoes very well.
While potatoes are cooking, fry onions (1 pc) and mushrooms (150g) in vegetable oil. Cut the onion and mushrooms into small cubes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cool the potatoes a little and make "boats" out of it - remove the core with a knife and a teaspoon. Cover a baking sheet or baking dish with paper or grease with oil.
Stuff the potatoes with a filling of onions and mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and send them to the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees. After 15 minutes, delicious potato boats with mushrooms and cheese are ready.
We immediately serve them on the table, sprinkling with herbs. These boats are good when hot.
