Just 15 minutes in the oven and delicious buns are ready. The dough is like fluff! Nobody will refuse such buns. We eat them with soup, and just like that - they fly away very quickly like pies. I recommend the recipe from the bottom of my heart - I'm sure you will like these buns too!
Preparation:
First, knead the yeast dough. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of warm water, 1 teaspoon of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1.5 tablespoons of flour. Stir, leave for 10-15 minutes for the yeast to start working.
Now add 1 incomplete tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough. Flour takes about 450g.
Cover the dough with a napkin, put it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Let's prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix 100 g of grated cheese, a bunch of chopped herbs and garlic. Add garlic to taste - I put 4-5 cloves. Chop the garlic with a knife or grater / press. The filling is ready.
The dough came up, it turns out to be soft, fluffy. Roll out, grease with filling, roll up and cut, pinch the bottom - like buns in general.
Or you can do it differently: divide the dough into 12-16 equal parts, form round buns and put them on a baking sheet (grease with butter or cover with paper).
In each bun on top with a sharp knife we make an incision crosswise, or just one incision, or a depression and put the cheese and garlic filling. Additionally, you can sprinkle cheese on top, but you do not need to sprinkle it.
We leave the buns on a baking sheet for 15 minutes, and then in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees. The buns take about 15 minutes to cook.
That's all)) We take out fragrant, soft and very tasty buns and serve. Bon appetit, my dears!
