It turned out to be a vigorous hodgepodge. In principle, you can use not dried vegetables, but vegetable frying, but I just had dried vegetables. Suitable for a 2L pot. #soup #solyanka
Ingredients: beef ribs, chicken soup set, bay leaf, salt, lard (you can use vegetable oil) for frying, medium pickled cucumber, chopped pickled jalapenos, hunting sausages, tomato paste, pitted olives plus a little brine from them, dried onions, dried carrots, dried hot peppers, medium potatoes, lemon juice and lemon wedges, sour cream for filing
Cooking method:
Put the beef ribs and chicken soup set in a saucepan, pour about 1.5 liters of water, salt (a little, there there will still be salted vegetables) and cook after boiling for 1.5 hours, add laurel 5-10 minutes until ready sheet.
Melt the bacon in a skillet, fry the chopped cucumbers, jalapenos and hunting sausages in it with the addition of tomato paste.
When the broth is ready, catch the beef and chicken from it, remove the meat from the bones and put in a pan with fried vegetables. Throw out the bay leaf. Put dried vegetables in the broth and cook after boiling for 10 minutes, in the meantime, peel and chop the potatoes. Throw in broth and cook after boiling for 10 minutes. Chop the olives and add them to the meat.
When the potatoes are ready, add fried vegetables with meat and olives to the soup, add lemon juice and olive liquid, and bring to a boil again.
Serve with sour cream and lemon.
