Ingredients: flour, sugar, vegetable oil, date syrup, water, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, salt
Cooking method:
Sift flour.
Pour syrup and water into a saucepan. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, spices, salt and cocoa.
We mix. We put the saucepan on the fire and, while stirring, bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add baking powder. Foam will go. Stir constantly, wait for it to settle a little and pour in the oil.
Mix thoroughly. Add flour and knead the dough. First with a spatula, then with your hands.
You should get a dough, soft, slightly sticky.
We put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Powder the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough, 0.8 - 1 cm thick.
Cut out the gingerbread cookies.
We spread it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C for 8-10 minutes.
We take out the finished gingerbread cookies from the oven and cool completely.
