Lingonberry pie. Moderately sweet, soaked and cute, so it can easily compete with any cake. This is one of my favorite recipes, it is easy to prepare and eaten all the way through. Another huge plus, the longer it stays in the refrigerator, the tastier it is.

Recipe:
lingonberry -300g
starch -1 tbsp
For the test:
butter -100g
sugar -100 g
vanillin "Haas" - 1 pack
baking powder "Haas" -1 tsp.
eggs -1pc
flour -200g
For the cream:
sour cream -200g
sugar -100g
COOKING METHOD
To start, let's prepare the dough. Put 100 grams of butter in a bowl, just from the refrigerator, add 100 grams of sugar, vanillin, grind the butter and sugar with your hands.
Now break 1 egg and add a pinch of salt.
We mix. Let's measure out 200 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder Take a proven baking powder, I prefer the Haas trademark.
Mix and add flour and baking powder, knead the dough.
The dough is elastic and soft.
If you wish, you can put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, I usually don't do this, but immediately start forming the cake.
We take a form with a diameter of 28 cm, a diameter of 26 cm is also suitable.
We lubricate with oil and distribute the dough evenly in shape, a silicone spatula comes to my aid, the sides are 2 cm high.
We take lingonberry berries 300 grams, I have frozen ones, you can pre-defrost them, they stood for about 1 hour at room temperature. Add 1 tbsp. starch and mix, it will help thicken the released berry juice in an already cooled cake.
We put the berries in a mold and evenly distribute, put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let's measure 200 grams of sour cream in a bowl, add 100 grams of sugar with a fat content of 15% today and mix with a whisk.
We take out the pie from the oven and fill it with hot sour cream.
We put it in the refrigerator until it cools completely for 3-4 hours. During this time, the cake is soaked, the cream will set. Now we remove it from the mold, cut it, pour tea and invite everyone to the table.
You can cook it in advance, it tastes even better the next day.
