Today I have a recipe for you from a reader - Svetlana Schwartz.
It's a salad called Chicken Liver with Dor Blue Sauce. In my opinion, this salad deserves a place on the festive New Year's table.
Not bored, interesting, rich taste!
🍐For salad, you need the following products:
- salad mix 130g package (you can use any salad leaves or arugula)
- pear - 230 g (ripe, but not soft),
- chicken liver - 200 g,
- cheese with "Dor Blue" or any semi-hard cheese with blue mold - 100g,
- cream 10% - 100 ml.
- pine nut optional,
- salt pepper.
🍐Cooking.
In a non-stick frying pan on a drop of oil, fry the chicken liver until tender. Do not forget to salt and pepper. I also added dried garlic to the liver to my taste.
Putting the salad on a plate.
We spread the salad mix.
Put a pear cut into thin slices on top of the salad mix. I peeled the pear off.
Then we spread the chicken liver cut into thin slices.
If you want the salad to look beautiful on a plate, you need to cut it into approximately equal slices.
🍐 Making the sauce.
Put half of the cheese in a frying pan and melt. To melt the cheese faster, you can grate it. Pour the melted cheese with cream and pepper. No need to salt, the cheese is salty. But still try the sauce and be guided by your taste.
Fill the cheese with cream, heat it for a few seconds, turn it off and let it stand for a minute so that the sauce thickens.
Fill the salad with the sauce.
And put the pieces of the remaining cheese on top.
I also sprinkled with pine nuts.
