How to make a soft porous pita?

The recipe is very simple ingredients and little all available. Result - impressive!

Ingredients:

Warm water - 500 ml
Flour - 650 - 700 g at + podsypku
Salt - 1 hour. l.
Dry yeast - 8 g
Sugar - 1.5 hours. l.

Preparation:

1. Fill yeast warm water with sugar. We mix and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2. Separately mix sieved wheat flour and salt.

3. Then gradually introduce a mixture of dry yeast ingredients and knead dough sticky homogeneous (thicker than pancakes, but the procedure is softer than conventional yeast).

4. Cover lid or kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.

5. After a good time punched the dough again, cover with a lid and leave for 60 minutes.

6. Work surface generously sprinkle with wheat flour.

7. Wet hands separate the portion of the total amount of dough the size of a large orange spread it on the prepared work surface.

We leave for 3-5 minutes.

The rest of the dough cover with a lid.

8. Meanwhile, warm up and dry the pan transposing dough (flour side down).

Fingers quickly stretch the dough into a flat cake.

9. As soon as the dough will form a circle, immediately cover with a pan lid.

10. Bake the pita over moderate heat, until golden brown.

Ready pita covered with large blisters on top.

One side will remain pupyrchatoy, uneven.

It will take approximately 5-7 minutes. Turn over and bake the other side until light browning.
The second side of the cover do not cover!

11. Meanwhile, prepare the second portion of the test and spread it on the flour.
Remove the first pita bread from pan and bake similar to the second.
And so with all the dough balls until you run out.

Ready porous pita spread on the table stack and immediately cover with a clean towel.
