Clafoutis with cherry 🍒

Ingredients: premium flour, milk, large chicken eggs, butter, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, pitted frozen cherries

Cooking method:

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Pour in warm milk and butter (heat them in the microwave for 20 seconds). Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Next, break one egg and stir quickly with a whisk, then the second egg and mix in the same way.

I also added a couple of drops of cherry juice, but such a small amount of juice did not give color😁

Grease the mold thickly with butter and lay out the cherries. Fill everything with dough.

Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees. Place the dough pan on the top wire rack and bake for 40-50 minutes (it all depends on your oven). Readiness can be checked with a toothpick. If the dough doesn't stick to the toothpick, then the clafoutis is ready! Bon Appetit.
