Ingredients: pork, potato, onion, carrot, mayonnaise, cheese, salt and spices, oil for greasing the baking sheet

Cooking method:

Cut the meat across the fibers approximately 1 cm thick, beat off a little, put on the bottom of a greased dish, season with pepper and salt. Cut the potatoes into slices, the onion in half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Mix potatoes, onions, carrots, mayonnaise and add spices to taste, season with salt. Put everything on the meat, flatten, sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover with foil on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 60-80 minutes.

Sometimes garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms are added. Instead of mayonnaise, sour cream is used. The meat can be marinated first by mixing with mayonnaise. I didn't have carrots at home, but I did have tomatoes. On top of the potatoes with onions, put tomato mugs. Since earlier there were children at the table with us, I used sour cream instead of mayonnaise, and I did so now. There was not enough cheese, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is to eat meat, and pickles prepared in summer can be served with potatoes.
