My favorite snack, which will definitely be on the New Year's table: nothing needs to be boiled, fried and looks very beautiful

✨And these are crispy cheese balls that are cooked without deep frying or frying in a pan. The whole secret is in the unusual breading.

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Pitted prunes - 70 g
Peanuts or walnuts - 70 g
Hard or semi-hard cheese - 150 g
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Potato chips with a mild taste (cheese, with sour cream and herbs, etc.) - 100 g

First of all, we take the prunes, rinse it, then put it in a bowl and fill it with boiling water so that it softens slightly. And then dry it. Put any nuts you choose in a pan and fry a little. Then put the nuts and prunes in the blender bowl ...

... and grind until a viscous mass is obtained. Nuts do not have to be crushed to very small particles, although pieces of different sizes come across. If you do not have a blender, you can scroll everything through a meat grinder.

Rub the cheese on a fine grater.

Add mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press to the cheese. You do not need to salt. The cheese is already salty, and there will also be a breading of chips on top, there is also enough salt there.

Mix the cheese mass well.

We form small balls from the mass obtained from nuts and prunes.

"Wrap" them with an even layer of cheese and garlic. And while we remove to the side.

Now we take the chips and grind them, you can directly in the bag, but it is better to put them in a bowl and gently crush them with a crush, but not into the "dust".

And now roll the prepared balls into the chopped crisp breading.

When serving, you can decorate the dish with any greens, olives, olives, or stick a decorative skewer into each ball if you are planning a buffet table. The appetizer turns out to be spicy and tender at the same time.
