So, dinner - spaghetti (60g dry) and 50 g of cheese (I took a normal SVALIA) - 355 kcal.
And the last piece of cottage cheese and apple casserole (105 g) with green tea I have eaten as a snack while working at the computer - 105 kcal.
According to, not a good habit to have a computer. But those who are associated with such work, and even where it is important if the idea went, or whether there is inspiration - I understand.
For dinner, I sent bake chicken breast (200 g raw) and cut vegetables (peppers - 100 g and tomatoes - 130 g).
Dinner turned on 300 kcal.
