I came across such interesting pasta, I decided to cook pasta. It turned out very well, no worse than spaghetti #pasta
Ingredients: Orzo Pasta, Broth, Mushroom, Onion, Olive Oil, Butter, Garlic, Hard Cheese, Herbs and Vegetables to serve
Cooking method:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan (half of the amount) Fry the chopped mushrooms until tender, add salt at the end. Transfer to a plate.
Heat the remaining oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
Pour dry orza paste. Fry for a minute, stirring occasionally. Pour in 200 ml of hot broth, mix well and let it evaporate. Pour in another 200 ml of broth, also stir and let it evaporate. Add the fried mushrooms and the rest of the broth. Close the lid and simmer until the liquid evaporates and the paste is done. Try adding salt and pepper to taste.
When the pasta is ready, pour out the grated cheese, mix well and serve. When serving, sprinkle with grated cheeses, herbs and your favorite vegetables.
