A simple and very quick snack for any festive table. Such an appetizer is always in demand and will never be superfluous on any festive table. It is also ideal for a buffet menu.
Cod liver baskets can be cooked in just 10-15 minutes. The products for preparing such a cold snack are the simplest and most affordable. From the indicated amount of ingredients, I got 36 filled tartlets.
I advise you to fill the tartlets right before serving, so that the tartlets do not become sour and remain crispy. I took the purchased sand baskets, but you can also make them yourself in advance.

Ingredients:
- cod liver - 250 g
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp l.
- hot mustard - 1/2 tbsp. l.
- green onions - 1 small bunch
- shortcrust pastry baskets - 36 pcs.
Step by step recipe
1. Cut four boiled eggs into cubes.
Finely chop a small bunch of green onions.
2. Cut about 250 g of cod liver into small cubes.
3. Put chopped eggs, green onions and cod liver into a bowl.
To this we add half a teaspoon of mustard grains and half a teaspoon of hot mustard.
4. We fill sand baskets with the prepared filling. This amount of filling is enough for 36 small baskets. It can also be served on slices of bread or crackers.
We beautifully put the baskets with the filling on the dish and decorate with parsley leaves on top.
