Prepare these mackerel rolls for New Years - you will see them immediately grabbed. Very tasty, juicy, easy and quick to prepare. And most importantly, this is a budget dish, there are no expensive ingredients.
Preparation:
We need 300-350 grams of mackerel fillet.
Rub the fish with salt and pepper, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes. At this time, let's start preparing the filling.
Fry one small onion and mushrooms in butter - 5-7 pieces. If the mushrooms are large, you can take 4. Finely chop the champignons and onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
Now we make rolls. Take the fillet and spread the mushroom filling on the wide edge. Put a small piece of cheese on top, wrap it in a roll.
Rolls must be secured with a toothpick or tied with threads, otherwise they will fall apart.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the rolls and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Temperature 180-190 degrees.
