Chicken fillet in cheese batter. It is delicious tender, soft and very juicy meat, covered with a golden crust and like all children and adults. In addition, it cooked very quickly and easily, and you can cook on a frying pan and into the oven.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet -400gr.
starch -1st.l.
Sol -1 / 3ch.l.
Black pepper - to taste
Egg 2 pcs.
Soy sauce -1st.l.
Mayonnaise (or cream) -2st.l.
Cheese - 200gr.

Cooking method:

Chicken breast 400 grams cut into portions pieces.

Repel pieces of meat, a bit add some salt, add black pepper.

In a bowl break 2 eggs, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream, add 1 tablespoon starch and stir. 200 grams of cheese rub on a small grater and add to batter, stir. Omit the prepared meat in batter, putting to one side of the batter, and the batter on a hot frying pan on the bottom, and now put a little batter on the second side. Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown on both sides.

Or it is possible to bake in an oven at 220 degrees 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
