Ingredients: pork ribs, chili sauce, liquid honey, soy sauce, mustard, vegetable oil, garlic, Salt, pepper
Cooking method:
Cut the ribs between the bones (not to the end, so that a whole rib remains). If there is a little meat on the rib, then you do not need to cut it.
Prepare the marinade. Mix vegetable oil, honey, Chili sauce, mustard, soy sauce, garlic (pass through a garlic press). Coat the rib with marinade, not forgetting to coat in the cuts made between the bones, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Cover a baking sheet with foil and place on it with a rib. Wrap the rib in foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. Open the foil, grease with the remaining marinade and bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees. Put on a dish and cut the finished rib.
