Ingredients: fillet of large herring (200 g), potatoes (250 g), fresh cucumber, hard cheese, green onions, fresh dill, Mayonnaise, Optionally - salt
Cooking method:
Boil potatoes, cool and grate on a coarse grater.
We spread the salad in layers, grease each layer with mayonnaise and make a mesh and tamp it a little.
1st layer: Cut herring fillet into small cubes and place tightly, cover with mayonnaise on top; 2nd layer: Chopped green onions, top with mayonnaise; 3rd layer: Potatoes (add salt if necessary), cover with mayonnaise on top; 4th layer: cucumbers, cut into small cubes, top with mayonnaise; 5th layer: Cheese (grated on a coarse grater), top with mayonnaise; 6th layer: Chopped dill (tamp).
Send the salad to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Decorate at your own discretion.
