I was looking for a recipe for making Canelloni with salmon, but so that it would be quick and without an oven (I could not find it). I decided to come up with something myself. It would be better to serve fish and pasta separately 😅😅😅 It is time consuming and not convenient to eat, especially for a child. I do not recommend cooking 👎☝️But perhaps you will do it much better ❤️
Ingredients: Canelloni, Salmon, Mozzarella cheese, Cream, Spinach, Boiled carrots, Salt, pepper, garlic
Cooking method:
Boil cannelloni in salted water until half cooked
Finely chop the fish, grate the carrots, defrost the spinach in a pan by adding a small piece of butter. Add cream, fish and carrots to spinach, simmer everything until fish is ready (5-7 minutes)
My Canellonis burst, so I laid them out in a layer, sprinkled a little cheese, put the filling on top, and put some more cheese on top.
Canelloni rolled it up into tubes and put it in a frying pan, added a little water and simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes
When the Canelloni were ready, put them on a plate and cut them into small portions.
It's delicious 😋, but it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing)))) I wouldn't cook this anymore. Moreover, in a frying pan, it is better to do this in the oven)))))
