If you like meat, you will certainly have to try "cold kebab". It is very tasty charcuterie. Grab the recipe!

Ingredients for snacks:

Any meat (pork, beef, can take even language) - 500g
Onions - 2-3 pc
Juice of 3 lemons
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
Hot chili peppers - 1 pod (optional)
Herbs to taste
Bay leaf

Cook the meat in one piece with a bay leaf and a whole onion. Cook over medium heat for 40-50 minutes, but no more. It is important to not digest meat, otherwise it will dry. For 7-10 minutes until cooked add the broth a little salt.

Until the meat is cooked, shinkuem onions thin half-rings.

Cooking as a marinade. Mix 50 ml of cold water with oil and balsamic vinegar, adding lemon juice 3. If juicy lemons or large, it is enough for two pieces.

Add to the marinade salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly.

When the meat is ready, a little cooled, then cut into slices. In a bowl or jar stacked layers of meat and onions. The final (top) layer must be onions. Fill the marinade and put them in the refrigerator.

After 12-15 hours of our "Cool skewers" I am ready. This is the optimum time to thoroughly marinated meat. But in principle, you can try after only 5-6 hours.

Before serving, add the herbs and chilli. But if you do not like spicy, you can do without pepper. Bon appetit to you, dear friends!
