I offer you a selection of five magical desserts for the New Year's table or any other holiday. This is an unusual Banana Coffee Dessert, a bright Dessert with Persimmon, Dessert with Cherries, a delicate Chocolate Dessert and an amazing Dessert with Mango and Yogurt. All desserts are delicious and light. All of them are prepared simply, quickly and most importantly - without baking. Serving such desserts in portions makes them very convenient. Your guests will definitely like these desserts and will always help you out.

Banana coffee dessert

Ingredients:

  • banana - 3-4 pcs.
  • thick unsweetened yogurt - 250 ml
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • instant coffee - 1 tbsp. l.
  • boiling water - 1 tbsp. l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Pour a tablespoon of boiling water into a bowl with one tablespoon of instant coffee and stir. / Li>
  2. Put three or four bananas in a bowl and knead with a fork. If the bananas are large, then you need 3 pieces, if smaller, then 4.
  3. Pour the prepared coffee extract into the banana mass. We mix everything.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the unsweetened thick yogurt and 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. Stir everything until sugar dissolves.
  5. We add dessert. Put the banana mixture in layers in a glass, and then the sweet yogurt. For each layer we take about 2 tbsp. l. Using this method, we collect the entire dessert. Put a small amount of yogurt in the last layer. From this amount of ingredients, I got 3 glasses of dessert, 250 ml each.
  6. For decoration, cut the banana into thin slices. Put 2 banana slices for each dessert. Put cranberries on top, or you can sprinkle the dessert with chocolate. Dessert is ready!

Dessert with persimmon

Ingredients:

Sour cream layer:

  • sour cream - 250 ml (1 glass)
  • milk - 250 ml (1 glass)
  • sugar - 60 g (3 tbsp. l.)
  • gelatin - 15 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g

Persimmon layer:

  • persimmon - 2 pcs. (500 g)
  • medium orange - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Pour 15 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour in about 150 ml of milk; in total, 250 ml of milk is needed for dessert. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour 250 ml of sour cream of any fat content into a separate container. I used 20%. Pour the remaining 100 ml of milk here. Add 60 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Mix everything well so that the sugar dissolves.
  3. The gelatin is already swollen. We dissolve it in the microwave in impulses for 10 seconds, stir after each time. Also, gelatin can be dissolved over low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin to the sour cream with sugar. Mix everything well. Pour the prepared mixture into glasses or bowls. We put everything in the refrigerator to freeze.
  5. The sour cream layer has already frozen, we are preparing a layer from the secret ingredient. And the secret ingredient is persimmon. We take 2 persimmons, with a total weight of about 500 g. Cut out the stalk and cut the persimmon into large pieces. Persimmon should be taken not tart, and if persimmon is tart, then it must first be frozen in the freezer and allowed to melt. We transfer pieces of persimmon into a separate container.
  6. Take 1 small orange, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. Pour orange juice to the persimmon. Pour 1 tbsp here. l. Sahara. We puree everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
  7. Put the prepared mass on the frozen sour cream layer. We evenly level everything with a spoon. From this amount of ingredients, I got four 250 ml cups of dessert.
  8. Decorate the top with mint leaves.

Dessert with cherries

Ingredients:

  • cherries - 1.5 cups (frozen or fresh)
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • plain yogurt - 180 g
  • oatmeal cookies - 150 g
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  • water - 100 ml
  • butter - 30 g
  • starch - 15 g (1.5 tbsp. l. with a middle slide)
  1. First, let's prepare the cherry layer, as it needs to cool down. Put 1.5 cups of pitted cherries in a saucepan and add 2 tbsp. l. sugar, pour 100 ml of water and add 15 g of starch. We mix everything and put on fire. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once everything boils, cook for about 1 minute and remove from heat. Let cool completely.
  2. Break the oatmeal cookies and put them in the grinder. Grind everything to small crumbs. Pour the resulting crumb into a bowl and add 30 g of soft butter. Mix everything until smooth.
  3. Put 200 g of cottage cheese in a separate bowl and add 180 g of plain yogurt. I am using Greek yogurt. Pour 2 tbsp here. l. Sahara. Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the cooked cookie crumbs into the glasses. We fill each glass to about a third of the height. Pour the chopped cottage cheese with yogurt in the next layer. Put the cooked cherry confiture on top.
    From this amount of ingredients, I got 4 glasses of dessert, 270 ml each.
  5. Dessert is ready, you can serve it on the table.

Chocolate dessert

Ingredients:

  • cream 15-20% - 350 ml
  • black chocolate - 80 g
  • sugar - 70 g
  • water 40 ml
  • gelatin - 10 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Pour 10 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour 40 ml of water. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell.
  2. Pour 350 ml of cream with 15-20% fat into a saucepan. Pour 70 g of sugar here and put everything on the fire. Heat the cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally. You do not need to boil the cream; it is enough to heat it up to about 70-80 degrees. If the cream comes to a boil, it may curl.
  3. The cream is hot, remove it from the stove. Put 80 g of dark chocolate in hot cream. Mix everything until the chocolate is completely dissolved. It is more convenient to stir with a whisk, so the chocolate dissolves faster and the mass becomes more homogeneous.
  4. When the chocolate is completely dissolved, add the already swollen gelatin and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. If the chocolate mass has cooled down, then it is better to heat the gelatin separately in the microwave, and then pour it liquid into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour the prepared chocolate mass into bowls. I got 4 bowls of 150 ml each.
    Put the dessert in the refrigerator to freeze for about 1-2 hours.
  6. The dessert is already frozen, we decorate it with sugar beads. Serve the finished dessert.

Dessert with mango and yogurt

Ingredients:

  • canned mango - 1 can (420 ml)
  • thick unsweetened yogurt - 250 ml
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Drain the liquid from the canned mango, and put the mango pieces in the chopper bowl. Grind everything until smooth. Canned apricots or peaches can be used instead of mangoes.
  2. We take 250 ml of thick unsweetened yogurt and add 1 tbsp to it. l. Sahara. Mix everything well
  3. We add dessert. Put the prepared ingredients in layers in a glass. We start with the yoghurt layer, then lay out the mashed mango in the second layer. Then repeat again, spreading out a layer of yogurt and finishing with a layer of mango. In order for the dessert to look beautiful in a glass, it must be carefully laid out with a spoon, not in the center, but closer to the walls of the glass.
  4. On top of the dessert, for beauty, we make divorces. To do this, lower the reverse side of the fork deep into the glass and carefully, without touching the walls of the glass, take out a little yogurt layer to the surface. We randomly make white stains on the orange mass. From this amount of ingredients, I got 2 glasses of dessert, 250 ml each.
  5. Dessert is ready, you can serve it on the table. The dessert with mango and yogurt turned out to be very tasty, tender and beautiful.
