Buckwheat on our table often happens, her husband and daughter love, so cook it on a regular side dish. For myself, I gave the perfect recipe crumbly buckwheat, and was happy to share it.

But first, here's what I want to say on the packages with buckwheat often manufacturers write, how to prepare it. Typically, this ratio of 1: 2, and cook for 20 minutes. But as a rule, turns out dryish buckwheat, and is that not even boil. Therefore, I have my own recipe, which I have come through trial and error :))

So, buckwheat I do not wash out, and immediately laid in the pan. I take 1 cup.

Next, fill it with cold water. 2 cups of water and take another 1/5 cup, or even 1/4 - depending on how much "dry" or boiled buckwheat I want to cook. I salt to taste, and include maximum fire. Pan with a lid, I do not cover.

Here the water was boiling. Cook on the high heat for 10 minutes without the lid as well.

Then I subtract the heat to a slow, close the lid and let preparing for 13-15 minutes. All is ready!
