Ingredients: Minced beef, Onion, Bulgarian pepper, Canned beans, Hard cheese (cheddar, mozzarella), Salt, pepper, coriander, dry chili, Parsley, Garlic, Vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry ground beef in it. Gently break up large pieces with a wooden spatula so that the mass is homogeneous. While the minced meat is fried, cut the onion, bell pepper, garlic into slices. Add tomatoes in their own juice, or tomato puree with hot peppers. If we use ordinary tomatoes, then they should be peeled, and then chopped with a blender to a puree state.
Add tomatoes to the fried minced meat, simmer a little water for 10 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Then add vegetables, at the very end we introduce canned beans, mix, turn off the fire.
Squeeze lime juice, salt, add spices. Let's taste it. Warm the tortilla in a dry frying pan. Spread a little grated cheese on the tortilla, then fried minced meat, and more cheese on top, fold in half.
