Continuing the theme of cakes. Today, a simple, homemade and very cozy carrot cake with sour cream and orange filling. #New Year
Ingredients: CB eggs, sugar, grated carrots, premium flour, vegetable oil, baking powder, walnuts, raisins, spices: nutmeg, cinnamon, orange peel, salt, Cream, sour cream 30%, powdered sugar, vanillin, gelatin, orange filling, orange, sugar, water, starch corn
Cooking method:
Three carrots on a fine grater and mix with oil. Beat the biscuit.
Chop nuts and raisins. Add nuts with raisins and carrots to the biscuit. Stir gently and add sifted flour. Knead the dough with a spatula using folding movements from top to bottom.
Cover the forms with parchment. Divide the dough into two parts, because it's very hard. Pour into molds. Bake at T-180 * C for 40-45 minutes until a dry splinter. Cool down. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cut the finished cakes into pieces.
For the orange filling, remove the films from the orange. Cover with sugar and bring to a boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Dissolve the starch with water and add to the fruit mass, stirring occasionally. Boil for literally 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into another bowl until it cools completely. Cover with foil into contact.
Combine sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat. Pour gelatin with cold boiled water. Let it swell. Warm up with impulses in a "micro" or in a water bath. Cool slightly and add to cream. We collect the cake. Smear the cakes with cream. Squeeze the orange filling into the middle. And so with all the cakes. Grease the top with cream and decorate. Place the cake in the refrigerator overnight for a full soak. Have a nice tea ☕🙋♀️🎄🎄🎄
