Ingredients: cream 18%, tangerines, agar-agar, sugar, red currant for garnish
Cooking method:
Peel the tangerines, divide into wedges. Leave some of the slices for decoration, punch the rest with a blender, strain through a sieve. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 gr. agar agar and bring to a boil. Pour into molds. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
While the tangerine layer is cooling, prepare the cream. Pour the cream into a saucepan. Mix 4 grams separately in a cup. agar-agar in 2-3 tbsp. cream and add to a saucepan, add 1 tbsp. sugar, mix well. Bring to a boil and pour into molds. Put in the refrigerator to cool for 20-30 minutes.
Turn panna cotta tins on plates. Decorate with open tangerine wedges and red currants. New Year's colorful dessert is ready.
