Greetings to everyone on my channel. Here I share my experience of losing weight, a menu for every day and recipes for low-calorie dishes, on which I myself have already lost 57 kg.
Today I want to present to your attention a recipe for chicken breast under vegetables, and as vegetables we will use tomatoes and morass, but not ordinary carrots, but Korean carrots.
When I decided to use Korean carrots when baking chicken breast, I was very confused by the end result.
But the very first piece tasted dispelled all doubts - it's delicious and spicy!
✅I needed the following ingredients:
- chicken breast 2 pcs (470g),
- tomato (70 g),
- semi-hard low-fat cheese (on the packaging they also write "light" (60g)),
- soft cottage cheese or yogurt (65g),
- Korean carrots (40g),
- garlic 5g.
✅Cooking.
We cut each chicken breast into 2 layers and slightly beat it off.
Cut the tomato into rings, chop the garlic finely.
Put the chicken breast on a baking sheet, I used a baking dish.
Salt and pepper the breast, grease with yogurt or soft curd.
Put Korean carrots on top.
Put the tomato, cut into rings and sprinkle with grated cheese on the carrot.
Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Use your oven to guide you. The breast is prepared quickly, the main thing is not to dry it out.
