The vegetables are very tasty, simple ingredients, the taste is unusual You can eat for a holiday or if you are an esthete, then on any other day :) It goes well with mashed potatoes and pasta
Ingredients: Frozen vegetables, see the amount for yourself. I have cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, pickled tomatoes, onions, flour, Spices: paprika, black pepper, red pepper, Ketchup (good, not tomato sauce like Hines, but like Baltimore)
Cooking method:
Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden brown.
We add frozen vegetables to it. Stir occasionally, let it grill over low heat while we take the next step.
Peel pickled tomatoes (you can also fresh, but try pickled ones, you won't regret it) and cut them into small pieces.
Add the tomatoes along with all their juice to the pan, stir and fry for a couple of minutes. If your tomatoes are fresh, then after 2-5 minutes press them down with a spatula and proceed to the next step.
Pour water so that the vegetables disappear under it more or less. In general, you can at your discretion. Add ketchup, stir and then add spices: more pepper (it tastes better), paprika and you can add your favorite spices.
Add flour at your discretion, preferably 3-5 tablespoons. I love the consistency of cream soup. We mix well.
Cover with a lid and let it simmer gently until vegetables are ready. They usually have about 10 minutes. And it's done ✅ best comes with potatoes and pasta, buckwheat is also great. Bon appetit 🎀
