Salad of egg pancakes with pickled onions, you will like the availability and ease of preparation, as well as an interesting original taste.
Ingredients: onions, eggs, gherkins (pickled), ham, mayonnaise, vinegar 9%, Salt, Ground black pepper, Mayonnaise, Vegetable oil

Let's prepare food.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and marinate in hot boiled water with vinegar and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Then drain the marinade, and dry the onion on a paper towel.
We combine the eggs with salt and black pepper (I do this one at a time - it’s more convenient to fry the same pancakes). We beat with a whisk.
Fry in a frying pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil, 3 thin pancakes.
Ready and cooled pancakes are rolled up and cut into thin strips.
We cut the ham and cucumbers into strips.
We combine onions, egg strips, ham and cucumbers. Add mayonnaise and mix. Check for salt and pepper. We send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours to infuse !!!
