Juicy meat in the oven

Ingredients: Pork (neck), Onion, Seasoning for meat, Soy sauce, Vegetable oil, Salt

Cooking method:

Wash the meat well, dry it with paper towels or napkins and cut into cubes.

Onion cut into half rings.

Transfer the meat to a deep bowl, salt to taste, add seasoning for meat. Soy sauce, vegetable oil and chopped onion. Mix well. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.

Transfer the marinated meat to a roasting sleeve. Tie the sleeve on both sides, make a few holes to let the steam out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
