Publish unusual recipe borscht. He is not red, and... green! Yes do not be surprised! Worth trying once - and you will cook it all the time.
Ingredients for the green borscht:
- meat on the bone - 400g
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs (medium)
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Onion - 1 pc
- Sorrel - 150 c
- spinach - 150 c
- Eggs - 1-2 pieces
- flour - 1 tsp
- salt, pepper, bay leaf
- vegetable oil
- greens
First cook meat broth (salt water). To do this borshch, I prefer to take the pork. When the meat is cooked, separate it from the bones, cut and return to the pot. Separately cook hard-boiled eggs.
Now chop the potatoes and put into the broth. Meanwhile, in a pan do zazharku of onion and carrot. Fry the vegetables in oil, then add the flour and fry a little more.
At this time, chop the spinach and sorrel, add the broth. Next put zazharku vegetables. Salt, if desired, pepper to taste, put a bay leaf. Cook all together for 5-7 minutes.
