✨Hello, my name is Oksana! Greetings to everyone who has looked at my page. I hope my recipes will be interesting and useful to you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe! 👍
✅👌Red caviar is a delicious decoration for any festive table. But serving it simply in a caviar dish or on bread is one thing, and making delicious canapes is quite another.
✨And today I would like to invite you to cook small mouth-watering sandwiches "for one vinegar" that will surely whet your guests' appetite and prepare them for other dishes.
✨I recommend that you cook them - delicious and it will take a minimum of time to cook! 🥰
📕 For cooking you will need (for 8 servings): 🥙
Baguette - half
Granular red caviar - 50 g
Butter - 50 g
Lemon - ¼ part
Pitted olives - 8 pcs.
Greens - for decoration
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
Cut the baguette into portioned slices. You can take wheat or whole grain - it will be equally tasty. You can also take toast bread and cut each square slice into triangles.
The butter must be frozen, it must be hard. And then we rub it on a fine grater.
Gently spread the butter over the baguette slices with a knife or fork.
Top with a teaspoon of caviar. Alternatively, you can add a little black caviar - for example, black caviar in the middle, and make a border of red caviar around.
Now we take a lemon, cut it in half lengthwise, and then into thin slices. If you come across bones, carefully remove.
Next, take a skewer, string 1 tip of a lemon wedge, then insert an olive and close it with the second half of a lemon wedge.
We insert the skewers into the canapes.
We decorate with any greenery that you like.
You can serve immediately or put away in the refrigerator for now. Such an appetizer can be prepared in advance - it will not soften or deteriorate. Lemon and oil perfectly complement red caviar - it turns out very tasty.
