Then cut the soft delicious avocado into the same cubes and put on the beets in a second layer. Cut the cheese into cubes again and put on top of the avocado. For dressing, mix oil, honey and lemon juice, the proportions are determined to taste. The salad is seasoned and mixed just before serving.

Roasted Chicken and Tangerines Salad

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 200 grams
  • Tangerines 1-2 pcs
  • Bryndza cheese 50 grams
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika
  • Sour cream 2 salt spoons + 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Cut the chicken breast thinly and beat off slightly, sprinkle with salt and spices, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender, but do not dry it out. Cut the cooled meat into strips and place on lettuce leaves in a plate in which the salad will be served.

Peel the tangerines and remove the white film from each slice. Put the peeled wedges on top along with the sliced ​​cheese. For dressing, mix sour cream and soy sauce; you need to dress the salad just before serving.

Baked beetroot salad with tomato and cheese

Ingredients:

  • Beets 2 pcs
  • Tomatoes 3 pcs
  • Red onion 1 pc
  • Cheese "Sirtaki" 150 grams
  • Parsley and vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Bake the beets in foil, cool and cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, cut the onions into feathers and pickle in vinegar. Put all the ingredients on the dish in no particular order, put the cheese last. Season and stir immediately before serving.

Salad with pear, beetroot and caramelized nuts

Ingredients for two servings:

  • Beets 1 pc
  • Pear 1 piece
  • Cheese 50 grams
  • Nuts 50 grams
  • Lettuce leaves
  • For caramel 30 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • For refueling vegetable oil, lemon juice, honey

Rinse walnuts, dry and send to the pan together
with butter and sugar, fry until caramel is formed,
then put on paper and let cool completely. Bake the beets and cut into cubes. Peel the pear and cut into the same cubes. On a serving plate, distribute coarsely chopped lettuce leaves, then beets and pears, then diced cheese, sprinkle with nuts on top. Before serving, mix all the ingredients for the dressing and serve with the salad.

Tuna salad with baked potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 4 pcs medium size
  • Tomatoes 15-200 grams
  • Canned tuna 1 can
  • Red onion 1 pc small size
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Vegetable oil, salt, pepper, paprika

Cut the onion into half rings and marinate in vinegar with salt and sugar. Chop the tomatoes, coarsely chop the lettuce leaves. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, season with vegetable oil and spices, bake in the oven until tender. Put all the ingredients on a dish, and season the salad with vegetable oil. It is important to serve the salad while the potatoes are still warm.
