Crispy rolls. I prepare such an appetizer with different fillings and then I mix everything and serve. And who gets caught - a surprise! Besides the fact that it is interesting and tasty, it is also simple!

I will show you three options for the filling. I cook them more often than others. But, of course, you can cook with any filling.
The first one is cheese filling (I also add sprats here later). I mix Adyghe cheese, feta cheese and butter. Add chopped greens (I have parsley) and mix.
Second - curd filling. I add sour cream, egg, black pepper and salt to the curd. I stir it.
Third - onions with herbs. I really love this filling! Fry the onion until golden brown. I add salt and Provencal herbs.
Then I add the same amount of chopped greens to the onion. I stir it.
I cut the lavash into squares.
I spread the filling on each piece. Opening a bank of sprats. Here I have a cheese filling, and on top I spread the fish. I wrap it up. It turns out very tasty!
The second is the curd filling. It can be spread over the entire surface of the lavash. But then the snack will not turn out crispy.
And the third filling is onions with herbs. I wrap it in the same way.
I put the tubes on a baking sheet and put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
All! You can serve. You just need to mix the fillings first to get a surprise!

• Lavash thin
• Sprats - 10 pcs.
• Adyghe cheese - 60 g
• Cheese - 60 g
• Butter - 10 g
• Cottage cheese - 150 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Provencal herbs - 0.5 tsp.
• Parsley
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
