I offer you three options for unusual snack rolls from pita bread at once: juicy roll with spicy Korean-style carrots and sausage, fragrant Roll with sardines and herbs, as well as a delicious Roll with caviar capelin. All the rolls are delicious, easy and quick to prepare. All of them will look great on any festive table, including New Year's. You can cook these rolls on the eve of the celebration and cut right before serving, which is very convenient and saves time.

Roll with Korean carrots and sausage
Ingredients:
- thin pita bread - 3 sheets (300 g)
- semi-smoked sausage - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 250 g
- mayonnaise - 150-200 g
- cheese - 100-150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
- First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Three semi-smoked sausages on a coarse grater. Three hard cheese on a fine grater.
- We fold the roll. We put the first sheet of pita bread and grease it with mayonnaise. It is most convenient to lubricate with a silicone brush, but you can also do this with a spoon. Sprinkle everything on top evenly with grated sausage.
- We put the second sheet of pita bread and also grease it with mayonnaise. We spread about 250 g of Korean carrots. Distribute it evenly throughout the pita bread.
- Cover with the third sheet of pita bread. Lubricate it in the same way with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the pita bread evenly with grated cheese on top. We twist everything into a tight roll.
- We wrap the roll in cling film so that it does not dry out. We put in the refrigerator to infuse for 1-2 hours, or it is possible for the whole night.
- Cut the finished roll into portions. We lay it out beautifully on a dish and serve.
Sardine roll
Ingredients:
- thin pita bread - 3 sheets (300 g)
- sardine in oil - 1 can
- boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
- cheese - 100-150 g
- mayonnaise - 150-200 g
- parsley - bunch
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
- First, let's prepare the ingredients. Knead a jar of sardines in oil with a fork, after draining all the liquid.
Three boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Three hard cheese on a fine grater. Chop a bunch of parsley with a knife. - Squeeze 2-3 cloves of garlic into mayonnaise through a press. We mix everything.
- We fold the roll. We put the first sheet of pita bread and grease it with prepared mayonnaise with garlic. Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top. Dill or green onions can be used instead of parsley. Spread the grated cheese on the parsley in an even layer
- We cover everything with the second pita bread. Lubricate it in the same way with mayonnaise and garlic. We spread the prepared sardine. Distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Any other canned fish in oil can be used in place of the sardine.
- We cover everything with the third sheet of pita bread. Lubricate it with mayonnaise and garlic. Put grated eggs on top, evenly distributing them throughout the pita bread.
We twist everything into a tight roll. - We wrap the prepared roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to infuse for 1-2 hours, as much as possible.
- We take the finished roll out of the refrigerator and cut into portions. Put the pieces of the roll beautifully on a dish and serve.
Roll with capelin caviar
Ingredients:
- thin pita bread - 3 sheets (300 g)
- capelin caviar with shrimps - 1 can (150 g)
- boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
- fresh cucumber of medium size - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
- First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Three boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Three fresh cucumbers on a coarse grater too. Squeeze the grated cucumbers with your hands from the juice.
- We fold the roll. We put the first sheet of pita bread. We spread the capelin caviar on it and evenly distribute it over the pita bread. I took 150 g of a mixture of capelin roe with shrimp paste.
- Cover with a second sheet of pita bread. Lavash is greased with mayonnaise. It is most convenient to lubricate with a silicone brush.
Put grated eggs on pita bread. Distribute them evenly over the pita bread. - Cover with the third sheet of pita bread. We do not grease the lavash, but immediately spread the prepared grated cucumbers. Distribute them evenly over the pita bread.
- We twist everything into a tight roll. Wrap the prepared roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to infuse for 1-2 hours. I put it overnight.
