So, do not throw away the tangerine peel, but dry it. You can dry it just on the windowsill, or on the battery.

IMPORTANT! The peel should dry completely. It's better to dry it out than not dry it. Otherwise, mold may form.

Grind the dried tangerine peel in a coffee grinder - you get a fragrant powder that can be added to baked goods instead of zest, to tea, to lemonades and other drinks. It can be added as a seasoning to meat (it is very tasty to bake poultry or pork with the addition of citrus fruits).

It will also be useful for summer residents: tangerine peel is an excellent fertilizer. Try it!

By the way, in this way, you can dry and grind in a coffee grinder not only the peel of tangerines, but any citrus fruits.
