I will tell you how to quickly and easily prepare a delicious dinner for the whole family. If you have yesterday's mashed potatoes, then you will cook it even faster - it will take about 15 minutes. Take note of the recipe! This is delicious!

Potato donuts with meat: 5 minutes in a pan and ready (I share the recipe)

Ingredients:

potato
meat or minced meat
eggs
flour
salt
pepper
butter
*greenery
*breadcrumbs

We need 450-500g of potatoes. Cook until tender, knead until puree. You can take yesterday's puree, which is left over from lunch or dinner.

Boil 300g of meat until tender, then pass it through a meat grinder. You can take ready-made minced meat and fry it until half cooked. Fry over moderate heat, do not overcook! Instead of meat or minced meat, you can take ham, smoked chicken, bacon, sausage or sausages - it will be delicious too!

Combine mashed potatoes and meat / minced meat, add 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons of flour.

Salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped greens if desired. We make balls from the resulting mass, you can roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown. There should be a lot of oil, donuts are deep-fried.

Put the finished donuts on paper napkins so that the oil is absorbed and serve. You can sprinkle with fresh herbs.
