Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment49 kg.

Checkweighing I had on Monday and I was honestly afraid of him. And not for nothing, because my racket in the 1300-1400 kcal or sushi on Saturday had to leave their mark.

I will not torment you - that's the result of this week:

Minus 400 g I'm really happy. Well, that takes weight and not as fast as two weeks earlier. The desire to bring the skin in order prevails over the desire to go abroad in the minus 50 kg. Abroad that sooner or later I will move, but the skin will have to suffer, and it will take much more time. I want to even hint was not on the stretched skin, as long as there is this hint.

Therefore, I continue on the planned way - slowly but surely lose weight in a corridor 1300 - 1400 kcal and even more actively engaged in the skin.

I move on to the menu.

Breakfast consisted of sandwiches on whole grain bread from sprouted grain (60 g) with fish paste (40 g) and cherry tomatoes, which are taken into account did not ven. And under Jasmine Green Tea - oat banana muffins with apple and cinnamon (80 g). During meal time I drink a capsule of omega-3 and Vitaminka (now I drink vitamin D 2000 and Biotin).

Breakfast came on 420 kcal.

As always on Monday I have been actively engaged in household chores. But by the afternoon I start to work.

Snack, up from cleaning for a while.

On undershot yogurt (150 g - something like natural yoghurt), and peach (120 g), cocoa.

Plus measured out 50 g of dates with seeds all day for tea or just like that.

Snack turned on 290 kcal.

Here is a direct I like yoghurt. By all measures, while appropriate and use it everywhere. And the fat content of 5% and slightly sour taste of yogurt classic, not liquid consistency. Even forgot the sour cream and other dairy products. I wonder how soon it will bother me.

Here are today preparing chicken casserole with mushrooms and cheese, I used it yoghurt.

For lunch, I had 300 grams of chicken casserolewith mushrooms and cheese and several thin rye breads - 350 kcal.

For dinner small piece (140 g) chicken casseroles with cheese and mushroom appetizer and roasted vegetables (180 g) to thin loaves (10 g).

It turned out to dinner 270 kcal.

Total for the day I typed 1330 kcal.

Before water standards almost not reached (the recommended rate of water - 30 ml per kilogram of body weight). But green tea drunk per day, especially while working at the computer.

Probably, that the result is more then currently ascribed. Cool as it sounds - lost weight by 60 kg !?
