I will teach you how to quickly and easily cut eggplant for rolls. With a knife in just 1-2 minutes. It turns out perfectly exactly for everyone. Important: the knife must be sharp, so be sure to sharpen it before cutting.
So, eggplant rolls should be about 3-4 mm thick. No more no less. Otherwise, you will not be able to wrap the roll - it will either break (if thin), or fall apart (if thickly sliced).
