After a difficult Sunday for me, I thought that I did not even have to get up on the scales, not even waiting for the minus and plus on the scales this week. Of course not, plus the fat and water, which instantly in us is delayed in case of any inflammations, diseases and simple if we do not drink the water.
But surprisingly the result on balance positive for me. Even I think that in fact even more negative (suggesting misrepresentation in water delays the investigation).
So, in the balance of 83.3 kg. Minus 700 g per week.
I promised to tell you about a little secret, if you and the second week in a row is a decent plummet. Until now, I doubt that it is in it, but on the advice I started taking lipoic acid (bought at the pharmacy, costs 50 rubles). And many will not talk long. I can only say that thought for a long time, studied information, consulted - whether themselves much harm. And in the end I decided to drink away the course. I know that many girls nutritionists prescribe mandatory.
For myself, I decided that propyl course and stop now.
I do not advise anyone medication if you are thinking about taking - consult with your doctor! I tell you - because it took because I share the experience, because it is not going to hide something and I write as it is (as if some thought and did not charge in reverse).
And the menu was a Monday.
B - of two scrambled eggs and bread buckwheat (15 g) with fish pate (30 g). At breakfast, I drink a capsule of omega-3 and vitamins (vitamin D 2000 and Biotin). Complex vitamins, I saw, a break now. All in all, turned out for breakfast 440 kcal.
With a little work on the computer, I took the time to household chores, going to the Management Company (it was necessary to solve some issues). And halfway through the day.
Between times undershot thin rye loaf (10 g) with 50 grams of cheese and drank green tea. For some reason, I wanted to add more cucumber to this snack, which was released on 200 kcal.
Here is my odd Wishlist - the sweet salty, for example, it happens very often.
Noticed that I took a break with bran? Read a lot about them, it is recommended to take a break and do not abuse. Well, I do not more than 30-40 grams per day eating. Yet decided and pereryvchik about a month to do.
For lunch I had the cheese soup with chicken breast 400 g and thin rye bread (20 g). lunch - 400 kcal.
Dinner my consisted of chicken breast (200g raw) baked in foil with grated apples and onions. And a little bit of vegetables - tomato, cucumber, pepper (about 130g in total).
Dinner turned on 270 kcal.
All in all, the day came 1310 kcal.
Today saw a lot of water to get rid of the accumulated water in me for Sunday.
I think no need to explain that neither yesterday nor today I had no exercise. And maybe a couple of days will refrain from physical education.
