My breakfast today consisted of sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with butter (5 g) and carp caviar (30 g), as well as a sandwich with fish paste (25 g).
Breakfast brought me 360 kcal.
During meal time, I drank vitamins and omega-3 capsule. All washed down with green tea with jasmine and went to work at the computer.
Even one cup of green tea, I took with me to the computer and measured out as much as 50 grams of dates with a bone - a whole day of work at the computer - 140 kcal.

I've always said "tea glass" / pour "a glass of tea." And my husband and I have about this is always controversial, because it pours "cup of tea". And what do you say, and how? At 11 o'clock I have as usual snack (unless of course I'm at home and everything is going as usual).

By lunchtime, and for someone to dinner, I baked chicken leg - just add salt, garlic, black pepper and mustard corn and sent it in the oven until cooked. A side dish of boiled potatoes, which is so afraid of losing weight... and that's what he did to them the poor man.
Lunch - 170 g chicken drumsticks (eaten without skin, bone weight) and 200 g of boiled potatoes. And some vegetables: 100 g tomatoes, 60 g and 50 g cucumber radish.
I get dinner on 365 kcal.
After lunch, a walk and went to the store, it was necessary to buy a cottage for the squash casserole for dinner and possibly on mood cook some - some cottage cheese snacks.
And finally, my favorite chocolate is 75% of the shares! I was waiting for this action - and here it is! That's a pity I have to buy products such as chocolate, for example, are non-essential to the full price. So I buy only shares.
Of course I went home and drank green tea with 15 g of 75% dark chocolate - 80 kcal.
And get ready for dinner squash casserole, very much I like it for dinner that is necessary.
