Cooking method:

For dough, add yeast, sugar and flour to warm water. We mix everything. We get the consistency of liquid sour cream. Cover with a plate and leave in a warm place for 15/20 minutes.

Before the formation of such a hat. The dough will rise and be covered with bubbles. This is an important stage, if nothing has changed within 20 minutes, then we make the brew again and use new yeast.

In a separate bowl, combine warm milk, egg, sunflower oil, sugar, vanillin, dough and mix everything.

Sift the flour in parts and mix first with a spatula, and then with your hands. You may have a little more or less flour. If the dough comes out a little thin, you can add more flour a little at a time.

Sprinkle the table with flour and lay out the dough. We knead it for 5 minutes. We get a soft dough.

Grease the dishes with sunflower oil and add the dough. Cover with a bag and a towel. We send it to a warm place (I put a glass of boiled water in the off oven and next to it) for one and a half / two hours. The dough should increase in volume 2/3 times. It is necessary. This step should not be skipped.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown, a couple of minutes.

For lubrication, combine honey and water in a plate. We mix everything.

After a while, the dough rose. We crush him a little.

Sprinkle the table with flour and spread the dough, form a sausage and divide the dough into 6 parts.

Dip each ball in sweet water. Roll in sesame and make small cuts with a clerical knife (be extremely careful).

Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. The buns should double in size during this time. It is necessary.

After a while, we send the buns into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20/25 minutes, until golden brown.

The buns are very soft, tender and airy. It is very tasty and can be eaten with either sweet or salty filling. It turns out very tasty with cheese. Be sure to cook them. The dough is very airy. The buns are moderately sweet. 🥰
