I asked my son to buy Little fish fillet. Bought One and a half kilogram (!!!) whiting fillet. Moreover, huge chunks of fat.

Sometimes I cut off the fat from such fish and put it in the fishcake freezer from notoily fish. But this time she didn't.
In general, from one and a half kg we got three options for fish dishes.
Showing first option. "Thursday is fish day "(this is for those who remember) 😉
This fish recipe for my harmony, invented by me. With it, the fat is partially neutralized (at least in the stomach).
🍽 WHAT YOU NEED 🍽

* a piece of fatty fish - 500 gr
* eggs - 2 pieces
* milk - 50 ml
* bran (I have oatmeal, but any will do)
* spices (dry garlic, pepper mix: red + black), salt
👩🍳 PREPARING 👩🍳
Fish fillet cut into portions. Not small 👇
We do a lion, which will also serve as a marinade.
Eggs mix with milk / cream, salt, a mixture of peppers and dry garlic (fresh if possible).
All good whisk and fill in pieces of fish by this "business". We leave for 10 minutes, so that everything is salted and nourished with spices.
Now go over for breading with bran.
* I already once wrote in one of the recipes that when I want to save time, I breaded cutlets / meat / fish in a bag.
* There is also water saving (no need to wash a plate of breading).
Fall asleep bran into a bag, throw one (or several pieces of fish) there, shake the package 👇

We spread fry fish in bran in a skillet. I do not put butter, I fry a small piece of fat from the fish (no photo, sorry, I was making more pate).
The fire is strong not needed.

Concerning bran. I will not give a lecture, read on the Internet, what they are for and what are their benefits. I will write a little:
Bran is considered waste. But in vain: "Previously, bran was used to feed livestock, but scientists have found benefits for humans.".
Or maybe write in more detail somehow, if you are interested?
AND, more, you know that you need to eat fish at least once a week (sure, you know why).
