gelatin "Haas" -15g

water -50ml

COOKING METHOD

Prepare the base, grind 200 grams of chocolate cookies with a blender. Melt 90 grams of butter, pour it into the crumb and punch it again with a blender.

We take a form with a diameter of 18 cm, we lay the edges with foil.

Let's prepare a berry layer. We dilute 10 grams of gelatin according to the instructions, I pour in 50 ml of hot water, pour in the gelatin and mix it.

Pour 50 ml of water into a saucepan, put 50 grams of sugar, if you like it sweeter, add more. As the sugar dissolves, put 300 grams of frozen berries, boil for 3 minutes and remove from heat. Punch with a blender until smooth, pour in the gelatin, mix and set aside.

Prepare gelatin in 50 ml hot water, put 15 grams of gelatin, I have 1.5 packs and mix.

Put 400 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, which is fatter, I have a fat content of 5%, Add sugar 50 grams, add vanilla sugar, I have natural vanilla.

Add sour cream with a fat content of 20% 150 grams and punch with a blender until a homogeneous smooth mass, now pour in the gelatin and mix.

We have prepared everything, we proceed to the assembly, put the curd mass on the base, then the berry mass and so we alternate until the mass is over.

Now we make a pattern with a wooden skewer and put it in the cold until it hardens, as it hardens, remove it from the mold, cut it and you can start tasting. Here he is so beautiful in the context of it turns out.
