Once upon a time I tried this salad at a friend's birthday party. I liked it very much and since then I do it sometimes. Only she had it with porcini mushrooms, but I take any mushrooms. I can soak and boil dry ones, I can take frozen mushrooms. When cooking fish, I add bay leaves, peppercorns, coarsely chopped onions and carrots, salt. Then this broth can be eaten anyway, it can turn into aspic. And if not salted, then you can use it for miso soup. Fish already without bones can be salted and then. One thing is bad in this salad, it turns out a little.
Ingredients: fish, onions, Dutch cheese, dried mushrooms, vegetable oil, mayonnaise
Cooking method:
Boil the fish, separate from the bones and chop finely. Chop the onions and sauté in vegetable oil. Soak dried mushrooms, rinse, boil in salt water, strain and rinse again. Cut into small strips and fry with butter. Layer on a dish: fish, onions and mushrooms, greasing each layer well with mayonnaise. (I only grease fish with mayonnaise, because mushrooms and onions contain vegetable oil. Sprinkle the salad on top with finely grated cheese. Decorate.
