These rolls are a great breakfast, a hearty snack, or a great addition to lunch and dinner. Making them is very quick and easy, especially if you have some mashed potatoes left over after dinner. Thin lavash will be an ideal base, and the filling of mashed potatoes, sausages and melted cheese will be tender, with a pleasant creamy note. #new year's menu
Ingredients: Lavash, Mashed potatoes, Cheese, Sausages, Eggs + 2 tbsp. milk + a pinch of salt, Oil for frying
Cooking method:
I spread mashed potatoes on pita bread.
Then sausages and cheese grated on a coarse grater.
Add greens if desired. I add dry.
I roll the pita bread into a roll and cut it into pieces.
Dip each piece in an egg (beat 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons milk and a pinch of salt) and fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
I put the finished rolls on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed.
A simplified version of pies with potatoes is ready. Tasty both warm and cold.
